Cincy vs Va Tech in Orange Bowl

I guess the OB people don’t care about the ratings hit they’ll take on this game b/c they host the national title game the following weekend.

They didn't have a choice.

They had to take those two worthless teams. Those two teams have automatic tie ins to the OB. I think about 5 people will watch. I don’t really have a problem with Cincy as they went 10-2 and thats really good enough with one loss coming to OU. The teams that don’t belong are Va Tech and the Buckeyes. Virginia Tech took half the season off and backed into the ACC title game while Ohio State only managed to score six points against the only two legit teams they faced.

Barry Switzer is a despicable human being. The guy is a moron. Come on FOX have some objectivity and respect with yourself. Get rid of Switzer. Total OU homer. He starts spewing crap about how OU has a great defense. No they don’t. Anybody that watched their D against Texas, Okie State, and KU knows that their D isn’t that good.

Predictions

USC vs. Penn State: Its simple Penn State managed only 13 against Ohio State while USC had 35. USC in a blowout.

Texas vs. Ohio State: Texas and big.

Utah vs. ’Bama: ’Bama in a close one.

Cincy vs. Va Tech: Who cares?

Florida vs. OU: Florida in a blowout. If OU couldn’t slow down Zac Robinson and Co. They aren’t going to slow down Tebow and Harvin. Florida’s defense is good enough to stop OU. This has all the feelings of an OU vs. USC game of a few years back, with OU repeating its performance. I just dont’ trust Sam Bradford to play from behind. He has not shown it yet in his career so far.

BCS System

This year the BCS Committee has really blown it more than they usually do. Putting Oklahoma ahead of Texas after Texas beat them is ridiculous and crazy!

Go to www.BSFlag.com/BCS – they have an email system set up to send a BSFlag right to the BCS mailbox! Check it out!

If enough people send flags to the BCS committee, maybe they will take notice, and maybe then, we the fans, can make a difference!

So if OU had lost to Mizzou would you be calling BS that Tech not Texas should've been in the national chmipsionship game?

Just because it didnt go in your favor, doesnt make it BS.

People will always side with which option suits them best.
