We apologize

I promise you, unlike that ignorant troll on Burnt Orange Nation, we see nothing funny about the tragedy of the bonfire 10 years ago.

I think I can speak for all Longhorn Fans in saying we weep for all of those affected and find this guy nothing short of disgusting.

You will note, on that blog, how shocked and dismayed the responses were.  Supposedly, this guy was a lawyer - must be of the ambulance chasing type.

Please don't confuse us with him.

Seconded ...

I love a good rivalry, but the idiotic bonfire comments were disgusting.

Appreciated

Message board insults, especially of that magnitude, usually are simply ignored. It’s just not worth responding to, plus you never know who the person actually is or who old they are, etc.

You can find him here

You will have to scroll down this blog reply – I tend to agree with ya’ll – dont even bother to respond to him – he did come back and semi-apologize

His name was “UT law grad”

Poster apologized as well

Glad we’re all in agreement that such commentary crosses the line.

Happy Thanksgiving, all.

You ain't hurt.

meh

that one comment wasn’t so bad.

There was another thread on there where a guy said the 12 who died in ‘99 were drunk, and that was why they preished in the collapse. He then tried to defend himself by saying he was tired of people calling the victims heroes (I don’t think many have done that), and bringing up Iraq and military service.

That comment had me debating breaking all the rules about decorum to tell him to go to do a physically impossible acrobatic sexual act on himself.

I think adt2 is just really bitter he was banned from here.
