What Is Your Thanksgiving Day Schedule?

Tomorrow, I plan on waking up, watching the Aggies beat the hell outta Clemson in the first round of the 76 Classic in men's basketball on ESPN2 at approximately 3:30 p.m. (fixed, thanks jimhu), then chowing down on some turkey. I plan on making many trips between the dinner table and the television room to refill my plate and commence watching basketball. At 6:45, I'll don one of my lucky A&M gameday shirts, and get ready to watch us beat the hell outta texas in football on ESPN.

We're the only football game on ESPN on Thursday, so the whole nation will be watching. I'll have a liveblog going, as usual, to give my thoughts on the game. Hopefully, some of you will push away from the turkey and stuffing long enough to join me.

What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

Just got done pulling my Choclate merange pie out of the oven

to go with the pumpkin pie, cookies and brownies..

About 8:30 I will start the turkey and eat around 1:00

gives me plenty of time to take a nap and eat again before kickoff

Wake up

Write a research paper over part of the book of Hebrews before everyone else wakes up
Macy’s Day Parade
Gorge myself with turkey and pecan pie
Watch the Cowboys beat the Raiders
Fill in any newly acquired gaps in my stomach with more turkey and pecan pie
Watch the Aggies WHOOP up on some t-sippers
Eat more pecan pie
Pass out

My favorite verse from Hebrews:

5:8 Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered.

Get up and stick the magnetic Longhorn logos on the car for the drive up to Dallas.

Sleep while the wife drives me to my Mom’s for dinner. Eat a bit, drink a little with the cousins. Head to my sister’s place for burnt orange celebrating while the Braggies get pummeled by Lammar and Kindle and Co.

I'd give my right arm to be ambidexterous.

Get up way too early, help my parents prepare Thanksgiving dinner, wait for my sister and her family to arrive, eat, bet heavily on some CBB and NFL games so I can watch them with my father. Hope that A&M plays their game tonight with malice.

Heading out to Shreveport tomorrow with some friends to throw the dice, then back to DC on Saturday.
