Hawai'i Bowl Is Today
At 7 PM Texas time, SMU will face off with Nevada in the Hawai'i Bowl. This game is notable because it is SMU's first bowl appearance since the Stone Age, and also because it is a game that ensures we college football fans have something to watch on Christmas Eve. If you're tired of your relatives already, turn on the game on ESPN at 7, and leave your comments here. If you're too busy enjoying family time to watch football, we can kind of understand that (family time in my family includes watching football, but whatever).
This is your live gamethread of sorts for the Hawai'i Bowl, as we watch Phil Bennett's former team attempt to pull off the upset.
Gig'em, God Bless, Merry Christmas, and Happy Chanukah.

Good to see SMU win big. That QB Padron looked very impressive.
