Stephen McGee Is A Dallas Cowboy!!!

With the 1st pick of the 4th round of the NFL Draft, #101 overall, the Dallas Cowboys select Stephen McGee, QB, Texas A&M.

As a native Dallasite, I couldn't be more excited. As an Aggie, I am THRILLED that McGee is going to be able to stay close to home, and will be reunited with Martellus Bennett on the 'Boys.

Congrats to Stephen, I know this was a long time coming.

Whoop!!!!

He'll look good in Silver and Blue.

It should be a lot of fun watching him develop. He should have plenty of time to work out the kinks behind Romo and Kitna.

Good for him…hope it works out for Dallas on this one. Not sure if in any other program he would have been a 1st rounder as he believes, but self-confidence is a good thing…so long as it isn’t a semi-absurd claim that can never be proven out.

where did he say he thought he should be a first round pick?

I didn’t read that anywhere.

I think every pro players believes they should be a first round pick, though; you need that confidence to succeed in the League.
