Two Ways To Tell The Same Story

I'm not much of a MLB fan, but these two articles on Zack Greinke intrigued me.

Most interesting was the different way they both approached the same story.

Passan's Take

Posnanski's Take

Passan seems to have gotten more in-depth with Greinke, which is interesting since Posnanski is the one writing about the subject of a cover story. Posnanski talks about Greinke's social anxiety disorder, but not about his depression. Passan tells us about Greinke's obsession with movies.

They are both excellent articles, but the different approach both take to telling essentially the same story is interesting.
