The Aggies defeated the Arkansas Razorbacks, 3-2, in match play at the Inverness Golf Club in Toledo, Ohio.

With the championship round tied, 2-2, it came down to Bronson Burgoon's match with Andrew Landry to decide the national championship. Burgoon went from four-up on the 13th hole with five left to play to all-square entering the 18th hole after going bogey-par-bogey-bogey. Burgoon birdied the 18th hole to win the national championship in dramatic fashion.
