Alabama was busted for breaking the rules again. How many times have they been caught cheating since being put on probation? The NCAA should just give it up and admit that they are never going to give anyone the death penalty again no matter what the program does.

what is disturbing is the scope of the violations
16 teams placed on probation? Athletic department wasn’t aware of what was going on?
This has to match Texas Tech just for sheer mass stupidity on that broad of a scale. I don’t think any school has had as many programs placed on probation at the same timesince Tech’s athletic department had every sport put on probation in the late ’90s.

I doubt these athletes were getting free gifts and materials for their friends for no compensation whatsoever.
