I Need To Go To Vegas

Texas A&M opened at an 11 point favorite over New Mexico next Saturday, and the game is now sitting at A&M -14, with the O/U at 56, so they basically think we'll win 35-21. The 11-point spread was a steal, and this is from someone who refuses to bet on A&M because I don't want to ever be upset over not winning by a big enough margin.

Other Big 12 lines:

Baylor +2 vs. Wake Forest

Colorado -10.5 vs. Colorado State

  Missouri +7 vs. Illinois

  Nebraska -22 vs. Florida Atlantic

  Oklahoma -22 vs. BYU

Oklahoma State -6 vs. Georgia

  texas -41 vs. Louisiana-Monroe

Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State,  and Texas Tech do not have lines out for their games, as they are all facing I-AA opponents.

Who do you like?

I like BYU +22 a whole lot. BYU and OU are both replacing their OLs. I think BYU stays within 17.

I like the under on the A&M game. Am expecting a 30-17 Aggie victory

22 points is a lot of points but OU defense should be strong. Let’s not forget TCU a couple of years ago

Texas will cover 41 points against whomever they are playing from LA

Wake beats Baylor by more than 2 points at home.
Mizzou at +7 is a slight value, but I would buy it up to 71/2.
UNM at +14 is a pretty good value. A&M should win it, but it will likely be closer than two TDs.
I too like BYU at home for +22.

Nebraska and Texas will probably cover their spreads, but I don’t think there’s value in either wager.

Rice - UAB

moved from pick’em to UAB -5.5

Need to keep an eye on that game, we play them in our third game

I really like Wake -2, BYU +22, and Western Michigan +14 vs Michigan

Michigan

I like Western Michigan at +400 on the Money Line for the hilarity factor.
