Recruiting Note

ATH Jarrett Fobbs left LSU without committing but evidently had a great visit. As of this post, he is still committed to A&M. DT Brandon Jackson is visiting LSU this weekend. We knew it would be tough to hang onto our Louisiana commits and that is proving to be the case. I am concerned about Fobbs because he has never taken an official visit to A&M. We still have a great class coming in, but we need to keep an eye on these two.We need to bring more elite DTs into the program so it is important we hang onto Jackson.

Fobbs took an official to LSU before A&M (his commitment)? that’s…. odd.

I’m unsure that he even intends to take an official to A&M.

Ags did host a 4-star receiver currently committed to Utah last weekend; that would be a nice pickup.
