Ags Add Walkon Kicker

Ross Gilliam a 6'7 185 kicker from Owensboro, Kentucky has confirmed that he is going to walk on at A&M in the fall. This is notable b/c Gilliam in his only season as a kicker, he has 39 out of 46 kickoffs result in touchbacks. He kicked a 50 and 52 yard FG. The kid has never done any weight training in his life yet evidently has a freakishly strong leg. He should be able to step in and immediately compete for the kickoff job. A&M probably wins two more games this season if they have a kicker who can consistently kick the ball into the endzone on kickoffs. Easiest way to improve out kickoff coverage is to have a kicker kick it deep into the endzone. Hopefully Gilliam will be able to help in this area.

6'7" but 185 lbs?

Can he lift the pads? Dude is 6" taller and we weigh the same. I’m a skinny dude.

We could put him through the maddog diet

And we may finally have a real TE.

Get off your knees Greg, you're blowin' the game.

Dude has never lifted a weight in his life. Matt Foge was skinny as hell in HS and ended up a decent punter at OSU
