Are You Serious? - Ags Beat Missouri Celebration Thread

The Aggies held Missouri without a field goal for over ten minutes of the second half last night. Read that again. Over ten minutes, no points scored from the field. That is some seriously good defense. One of my bigger concerns with Turgeon when he became coach at A&M was that I wasn't sure if he would stress defense enough, say to the extent that Billy Clyde Gillispie did. Well, consider that concern eliminated; I tip my hat to Coach Turgeon and the Aggies for their defensive performance last night. With the win, the Aggies broke Missouri's 32-game homecourt winning streak, and notched their sixth consecutive win over Mizzou.

This is your celebration thread.

BIG Win

And Turner’s dunk was crazy.

Impressive win. Great defense, great rebounding. We had more defensive rebounds than they had rebounds combined. Great 3-point percentage…shockingly…but still horrible free throw shooting. If we could hit those, we would be so much better and not have so many close games. Loubeau is now on a great streak and is impressing and Middleton had a great game.

Nice to see the freshmen step up. Loubeau is finally playing like he is supposed to play. No reason he should not get 10-18 points per game. If we ever get Harris and BJ hitting their 3s consistently and just hit 60 percent of our FTs we will be a dangerous team. Gotta love the defense though.
