AP All-Big 12 Men's Basketball Team Is A Joke
Not a single Aggie made the Associated Press Big 12 all-conference team, which is really ludicrous when you look at it. Jacob Pullen made it at guard over Donald Sloan, which is really a joke when you consider that Sloan averaged more points per game than Pullen in conference play, and I think Sloan is the better defensive player.
I also question naming Cole Aldrich to the all-conference team in a year that was dominated by four-guard lineups in the Big 12. Aldrich wasn't in the top 20 in conference in scoring, and didn't average a double-double for the season; that is not an all-conference year. Of course, I also think Damion James faded and disappeared at times during the second half of the season, and thought he belonged on the second team.

I don't even know why I'm wasting my time responding
But we all know if James was an aggie, you would have no objections to him being 1st team.
He’s a no brainer.

who he plays for has nothing to do with it
it has to do with what I’ve seen when I’ve watched him this season
he has performed very well in the Big 12 Tournament, though
in the Iowa State game in particular, he played like an all-conference player
