Converting incoming talent
the Heisman Pundit recently ran a series of posts on College Football recruiting, what schools did with that talent, and how well they were at turning incoming talent into NFL outbound talent.
Texas A&M ranked the worst nationally in converting incoming talent into NFL potential.

From 2002-2009 Texas A&M hauled the 16th best aggregate recruiting classes in the nation, but only managed a performance ranking of 39th.

What is A&M doing wrong? Why is the college so ineffective at performing with the wealth of talent they do recruit, and fail so badly at preparing this talent for the next level?
