If The Aggies Win The Big 12 South And Play In The Conference Championship Game...
which Big 12 North team would you prefer to play in that game?
I don't know about everyone else here, but in the final year of the 12-team conference, I'd love to repeat 1998, and line up against Kansas State again. We owe them for that abomination of a game we played in Manhattan last year, and it would be sweet revenge to beat them yet again in the conference championship game.
If the Aggies win the Big 12 South, which Big 12 North team would you like to see us play in the Big 12 Championship Game on December 4 at Jerryworld?

I think the obvious answer is Nebraska
Revenge for the ’97 dismantling. That game still haunts my dreams.

Iowa St. would be the easiest
Nebraska would be the toughest game. I’d tend toward the easiest oponent. It won’t happen but I picked Iowa st
Baby steps guys. Concentrate on a winning season before you start dreaming about the conference championship game. You guys will be much better but I expect more of a 7-5 or possibly 8-4 finish.

there is only one year left for the conference championship game
hence the question
With texas and OU both rebuilding/reloading, this is as good a time as any for A&M to make a move.
I would agree with you
if they themselves weren’t coming off a season ranked 105th in total defense.
And now have to learn a new scheme and system.
Meh
It still comes down to tackling. How did tu improve on defense when moving to a new scheme the first year boom m’fer was there?

Roy Miller and Brian Orakpo
destroying the O-line to protect the green secondary. It worked most of the time.
Not interested in seeing Nebraska twice
that’s why I put K-State. Would also like to obliterate last years’ debacle
