So I've been following this dog's story closely, and she is currently in an animal shelter in Austin.  She is partially blind and deaf, and would need to be the only dog in her new home.  If she doesn't get adopted OR temporarily fostered, she'd be put to sleep on Wednesday (September 1st). :( This really has nothing to do with sports, but I thought this would be a good way to get the word out around the state of Texas.  (Admins: PLEASE, if you don't mind, allow this story to stay on the site even though it's not sports-related.)  I've been keeping in touch with the 2 women in the video who are working to help save this really sweet dog.
